ArGon Studio is a rock-focused music hub in Lisbon offering guitar & bass lessons built on triads — so you learn to create chords, riffs and songs, not just copy shapes.

Our studio hosts up to four musicians for live multichannel recording sessions. And through our partnership with Drum.solutions, you can have a real session drummer record and deliver stems to your door — from anywhere in the world.

Alex Ariza-Altahona is a music producer and multi-instrumentalist with over 25 years of experience performing, writing, and collaborating with musicians across Colombia, Sudan, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen, Jordan and Peru.

Through years of playing with expatriate bands, joining jam sessions, and performing in ensembles spanning jazz, rock, and folklore-fusion, he has absorbed a wide range of musical colours — rhythms, phrasing, and modes shaped by diverse cultures.

Founding member of Ulf Reich, Guillotine and Novena Lisa. In recent years he performed as lead guitarist with "None of Your Business" and as rhythm guitarist and keyboardist with "Tráfico Maldito" in Perú.
